Last week’s meal plan worked out really well. I was supposed to make the salmon below last night, but the chili I made last week was a great dinner for two nights!

Friday 3/12/10
Gallo Pinto (Red Beans & Rice; Operation Rice Bowl suggested dinner for Lent)
Sides: Garlic Bread; Salad

Saturday 3/13/10
Pizza & Wings (Schwan’s)
Salad

Sunday 3/14/10
Frozen Bertolli-type meal
Roasted sweet potatoes (frozen from Schwan’s)
